What was the inspiration for the look and feel of your wedding?
Simple and elegant, with a little sparkle.

What was your color palette?
Gold and blush pink.

What was the significance of your wedding location and date?
La Crosse is where we met and grew our relationship from the start. This area will always hold a special place in our lives as we grow in our marriage and grow our family. The date of July 29 was as close as we could get to our original anniversary date.

What was your favorite moment in your ceremony and reception?
Our favorite moment during our ceremony was the first moment we saw each other down the aisle; it showed all the emotions and excitement we had for the journey we were beginning on that day. The best part of the wedding reception was being able to celebrate with all our family and friends and to enjoy our first moments as a married couple.

What advice do you have for other couples planning their weddings?
Enjoy every moment of wedding planning. Do not get too focused on little details that, in the end, don’t matter. Use the wedding planning as a time to enjoy one another.
